My travel workout guide contains 12 mostly bodyweight workouts that can be done anywhere with minimal time and minimal space requirements. In some cases, it calls for running which is something you can do anywhere!
Why did I make this?
I love to travel and I love to stay active while traveling. I am constantly programming workouts for myself to do on vacation and I want to share them with my community. I know the feeling of wanting to workout but having nothing to do! I hope to make your travel life and fitness life easier!
Who is it for?
This program is for anyone who wants to stay active while traveling. You must have some fitness background. I do not recommend this program for beginners or someone who has never worked out!
