Alicia McKenzie, also known as LiftLikeAMother, is a former athlete and has spent over a decade in the fitness industry, to include owning and operating a Crossfit gym for 5 years.
She is a mother of 4, a business owner and the wife of a like-minded entrepreneur. She comes with experience in health and wellness, information technology and real estate. Alicia believes that a healthy lifestyle is one of the greatest gifts you can give your family and loves to influence others to adopt that ideal!
