What the hell was I thinking? Oh hai. I had a baby 4 months ago. My third nonetheless, which was by far the hardest pregnancy I’ve had to go through and I’m seriously delusional enough to compete INDIVIDUALLY. Let’s not forget the fact that training with 3 kids is really hard. Coordinating that shit takes an act of congress. Forget warms up while training. Who has time to warm up? I’m lucky enough to get through everything before spawn #3 shits his pants or needs to eat for the umpteenth time.
Speaking of eating, when you exclusively breastfeed, your baby typically hates bottles (or maybe that’s just my baby) but nighttime feedings?? That’s all me. Your body and muscles can totally recover when you’re sleeping in 3-4 hour chunks…..not.
It’s ok. I’ll power through.Luckily, I have amazing people in my life (Christina and Jenny) who keep me down to earth. It’s just fun, right? Yep. I’ll go with that.
